Master Bath Remodel
This master bathroom was in sorry shape, with rot from long term water leaks, a poor layout, and worn out fixtures and cabinets. We demolished everything from the old bathroom, fixed all rot in the walls, changed the layout by moving the plumbing, and repaired the concrete slab. Then we installed a large custom double walk in shower, with custom wood accents, new toilet and vanity, and finished it off with high quality fixtures. Happy homeowners are loving their new master bath!
Exterior Sheathing and Siding Replacement
This home had badly rotting sheathing and siding, as well as leaking window framing. We stripped away all the old material, fixed rotted framing, installed new pressure treated sheathing, house wrap, and new cement board siding, as well as window trim that was lacking before. Another satisfied homeowner!
Total Living Room Remodel
This living room had extensive mold damage behind the drywall, large-scale rotting of the subfloor, and no insulation in walls or ceiling. We did a complete gutting of the room, repaired rot damage to studs and floor joists, put in new modern subfloor, insulation all around, new drywall, and a new LVP floor, as well as crown molding and trim all around! Homeowner has experienced a significant drop in HVAC costs for the space, and a much improved living experience.
Under-Stairs Doggie Nook
One of the best parts of this work is when a client comes to us with a unique vision. For one family, that meant transforming the dead space under their staircase into a custom luxury dog retreat — complete with trim and flooring matching the home, integrated lighting, and built-in shelving nooks. It's the kind of one-of-a-kind project that reminds us why we love what we do.
Siding
The right siding does more than protect your home from the elements. It defines its character and boosts long-term value. We specialize in fiber cement siding, including the industry-leading James Hardie board, renowned for its exceptional durability, resistance to moisture and pests, and ability to hold paint beautifully in even the harshest climates.
Fencing
A quality fence does more than mark a boundary. It adds curb appeal, enhances privacy, and gives your family and property an added layer of security. Whether you're looking for a classic wood privacy fence, a low-maintenance vinyl option, or a decorative metal style, we'll help you find the right solution to complement your home and meet your needs.
Backsplashes
A well-chosen backsplash can tie a kitchen together, adding personality and a finished look to one of the most-used spaces in your home. We do backsplashes in a variety of materials, but tile remains the most popular choice, offering an ideal balance of style and durability. Below are some examples of our work with backsplashes.
Tile and Tile LVP Flooring
Tile (and Tile-look substitutes) are a timeless, classic flooring choice, always popular in bathrooms and kitchens. We personally recommend LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring, for it's waterproof qualities and classic appearance. We also do traditional tile floors if requested. Below are a selection of projects showcasing our work with tile and tile-look flooring styles.
Wood and Wood LVP Flooring
Flooring is one of the most popular renovation choices in the Lowcountry, and it's easy to see why: the right floor can completely transform a space. Our go-to recommendation is LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), a modern flooring solution that combines the warmth and beauty of hardwood with the durability and waterproofing that coastal living demands. Below are a selection of recent projects showcasing our work with wood-look flooring styles.
